"How can I get to XXX?"
"Do you know any good restarant?"
and so on...
Before going tennis practice today, I went to Konbiniya to buy some drinks and I saw the staff M involved in trouble with two Japanese guy. They asked her,
"Where is Little Ginza?"
But she didn't have any ideas so couldn't help them. After they left, she asked me but I haven;t heard "Little Ginza", either. Is it Japanese restaurant or something like that I thought and searched these words on google.
According to wikipedia "Robson Street",
Although not technically on Robson Street but still considered part of the district, Burrard Street near Robson in addition to the areas of Alberni and Georgia Streets that cross near Burrard contain the most expensive upscale stores in the city, with prominent anchors such as Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Betsey Johnson, Chanel, Burberry, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Lacoste, Coach, and Salvatore Ferragamo. This area, focussed around anchor Japanese-marketed businesses on Alberni, is also known as the "Little Ginza".Who knows this? I bet no Japanese residence in Vancouver know this fact lol
