なんか挙動不審なお客（白人）がいました。
I saw a customer who looked like a suspicious, strange begavior caucasian
なぜか左足に結構な流血の痕が（半乾き）
bleeding his whole left leg.
Tシャツにピッチピチのスパッツ？のようなパンツをはいていて、下着は着てない模様。
He wore T-shirt and super tight pants (seemed not wearing the underwear).
そしておもむろに股間部分から取り出す財布。
Then, he took out his wallet from the groin.
